Grange Farm Oak specialises in natural looking timber which gives a unique finish.  Timber showing particular features such as knotting or piping is cut in such a way as to ensure the features are highlighted.  On beams, edges can be burred and sanded to age the timber.  This is particularly popular in pieces used for fireplace features.

Timber can also be supplied with a natural waney edge – particularly attractive for outside decking.

A natural looking wood often offers a more attractive finish to many small household projects than does factory produced board.
